Day 67

Jackson day 67: 1986 grams or 4 lbs 6 oz. He has done great with the bottle, eating the whole thing the last three times he was given it. So Dr. Nold ordered he could try the bottle whenever he wanted and if he ate it great, if not we would just give it by tube. Of course his first chance at the bottle after these orders he was not interested at all! He was very fussy then and I think he had a little bit of a tummy ache. He also got more of his 2 month vaccination shots today and that may be causing it too (they spread it out so he didn't get two shots in one day). So we will just try again next time. He's having a great day otherwise. He's at .6 liter flow and 30% oxygen. Dr. Nold and I talked about in a few days they will try switching him to 100% oxygen and a lower flow because that is what he will be on when he comes home. We still don't know when that will be but it is so exciting to be talking about it! FOJSP!
