Jackson day 58: 1733 grams or 3 lbs 13 oz. he's doing great, 4 lbs is right around the corner. He seems to be throwing up less on the 22 calorie formula, although he did throw up once this afternoon. But he just had his eye exam right before he threw up, so it could have been caused by stress. His eye exam was great. Stil no sign of ROP, and they will check him again in 2 weeks. They turned his flow back down to 1 liter per minute and he has been doing great. They are keeping him on continuous feeds for a little bit longer to see if they could keep the reflux under control, then they will start worrying about getting him eating again. He hasn't shown much interest in a bottle since they switched him to continuous feeding, but he's also never hungry so he doesn't have the urge to eat. But he's doing great. His breathing seems to be much less labored and squeaky. FOJSP!
